Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, with packaging intact, and with proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personal care goods (such as soap, lotion bars, or beauty products)

  • Sale items or gift cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened or used soap and lotion bars for hygiene reasons. Please get in touch if you have concerns or questions about your specific item.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
