At Posy Potions, we ship your handcrafted items with care and timeliness. Please review our shipping policy below.


Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods (such as product launches or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, package size, and destination.

We currently ship within the United States via USPS (United States Postal Service).

Estimated delivery times:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Free Shipping

We offer FREE U.S. shipping on orders $50+.
This option will appear automatically at checkout once your order qualifies.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct when placing your order.
Posy Potions is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time after shipment, please contact us at posypotions@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Pattison, Texas. Select Local Pickup during checkout and you’ll receive an email when your order is ready. Most orders are ready within 1–2 business days. Pickup is by appointment.
